In April of 2009, I purchased my 2008 Saturn from Ed Vossen at the Ssturn dealership. Any service problems is had, I went to Doug West and I was throughly pleased. Shortly after that time, Saturn went out of business and I began going to the Chevy dealer for service. Doug showed up there and I continued to have him service my car.This week I went for service, spoke to Doug and Ed and as a result purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse. My 2008 Saturn VUE accumulated a number of problems during the seven moths I had to have wheels while my wife was being treated for lung cancer. We have only one car so it was necessary to use it despite the problems. I made a list and gave it to Doug. He determined that more than a day would be needed to fix the problems and arranged for us to get a car and also determined that some of the work could be done under warranry which significantly reduced my cost. The work was done in a shorter time and for less money than I had estimated. All in all a great experience. Even though I live 25 miles from Wallace Chevrolet I will return for all service work as long as I have my Saturn and will certainly look hard at replacing it with a Wallace Chevrolet. Radio went bad after only 3 years old. Not happy with quality of radio at all!! Finish was already wearing off and reception went crazy, literally!! This was my first experience with Wallace Chevrolet's service dept.. I brought my car in for two factory recalls. When I made the appt. I was told 1 1/2 hours total for the service. My car was washed and vacuumed and the total time was 1 hr 15 minutes.
